Taken from here.

“I don’t allow obstacles to get in my way of exercising.”

Julia Novy-Hidesly, the executive director of the non-profit Lemelson Foundation, said this in the book The Go-Getter Girl’s Guideby Debra Shigley. We are all working more. According to a new survey of more than 300 companies in the U.S. and Canada, nearly two-thirds (65%) of respondents expect their employees to work more hours now than they did prior to the recession and see this trend continuing for some time. But it is not like we can work less hours in a day if we want to stay at the top of the game.

However, one of the best ways to deal with stress and the added workload is exercise. According to research from the University of Bristol, people who exercise on work days are more productive, happier and suffer less stress than on non-gym days: 72% reported improvements in time management on exercise days compared to non-exercise days, 79% said mental and interpersonal performance was better on days they exercised and 74% said they managed their workload better. You can’t work less but you can figure out how to incorporate more exercise into your life. Here are a few tips from some experts to incorporate working out into your busy life so you can be better at your job.
